We hope you will fall in love with these beautiful hand made pieces.
Because all lingerie pieces are hand made and we consider them as very exclusive, our return policy is adjusted for that. You are of course allowed to return your pieces within 2 weeks after the delivery date for store credit. If you have any need in fitting adjustments, please let us know so we can help you accordingly:
If by any chance one or more pieces don’t attract you as you wished and so therefore you wish to return it, we ask you to do the following.

When our order reaches you, we ask you kindly to make a decision in two weeks. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – We only accept our lingerie pieces in the same condition, we will not accept returns of lingerie that are without tags, has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.

If you wish to return any pieces we ask you to send us an email so we know this return is coming. Please give us the reason of return in this email. You can send this email with your order number to

We ask you to send your parcel by registered post in 2 weeks after receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit.

We reserve the right not to issue a refund, exchange or store credit if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise.

Refund, exchange or store credit will be made after your return has been processed. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union. We will keep you up to date during this process trough email.

All pieces are delicately made, beautifully wrapped and gently shipped. We have our own beautiful packaging.

Outside Europe: Next day delivery (3-7 days, 30-45 EUR)
We are not responsible for any delays by DHL delivery.

Estimated delivery times with Nova Poshta delivery:
Ukraine: Next day delivery (2-4 EUR)
Europe: Next day delivery (3-7 days, 10-30 EUR)
Outside Europe: Next day delivery (3-7 days, 30-45 EUR)
Places that are more difficult to reach take longer.
We are not responsible for any delays by our Nova Poshta delivery.

And we can offer Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts “Ukrposhta” delivery.

Shipment costs for international countries are added at the end of your order after you registered address information.

We will send you an email when your delivery is coming to you. With the Track & Trace code that we will provide, you can follow your order.
